We're Growing – Join the Summit Cleaning Team

Summit Cleaning is seeking a professional cleaner to join our growing team We're looking for someone with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle, available for either full-time or part-time employment.

This is an employee position (not a contractor role). You'll be a valued part of our team, with support, training, and room to grow

We're based out of Chestermere and service Calgary and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For:

• 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience preferred (training provided if needed)
• Must be honest, reliable, and punctual
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties (lifting, bending, standing)
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Must be able to commute independently to client locations
• Police clearance required upon/prior to hiring
• References preferred

Responsibilities:

• Dusting and wiping surfaces, vents, and counters
• Sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping floors
• Vacuuming carpets and rugs
• Emptying trash bins and containers
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (sinks, basins, toilets, tubs)
• Polishing furniture and room accessories
• Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces
• Ensuring safe and sanitary storage of cleaning supplies
• Maintaining all cleaning equipment and products
• Keeping client spaces neat, tidy, and up to Summit standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safe use
• Strong time management and adaptability
• Able to lift 25–30 lbs and be on your feet for long periods
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays when needed

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
