Richmond Day is looking for a Senior Copywriter who is equal parts creative thinker and team leader. In this role, you will originate and own ideas from first spark through final execution, crafting sharp, strategic copy while helping to shape the creative direction of integrated campaigns. You'll lead projects with confidence, push thinking forward with fresh perspectives, and inspire those around you to deliver their best work.
What You'll Do.
- Create original, impactful copy across short- and long-form formats
- Bring ideas to life across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Lead concepts from initial thinking through final execution
- Present creative ideas clearly to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams
- Mentor junior creatives and contribute to team ideation
- Manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting timelines
- Ensure accuracy and polish through careful review and proofreading
What You Bring.
- 5+ years of copywriting experience in a creative agency
- A strong portfolio (automotive experience is a plus)
- Strategic thinking with a solid grasp of marketing fundamentals
- Experience across digital and traditional media (social experience a plus)
- Comfort working alongside design and art direction
- Bilingualism is an asset
