Senior Embedded Software Developer

Overview:

We are exploring an upcoming opportunity for a Senior Embedded Software Developer to contribute to the design and development of high-performance, embedded software systems. This role will act as a technical lead within an agile environment and collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • 5–9 years of professional software development experience
  • Proficiency in C++ and/or Python
  • Strong understanding of systems engineering fundamentals (networking, operating systems, storage)
  • Experience with networking and routing protocols, including MPLS, WAN, or SD-WAN
  • Experience designing software for embedded or resource-constrained environments
  • Hands-on experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
  • Experience with cloud technologies, virtualization, and containerization
  • Prior experience in a technical lead or architecture-focused role
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with distributed teams
