This position is afull-time and permanentrole that will be based out of our Fraser HQ inLiberty Villageand offers ahybrid work schedule. This person will be supportingnew product developmentand new business development in the creation, review, and approval ofpackagingin the jurisdictions we sell in. This role will be working closely with R&D, Brands, Design, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLELead packaging creation for new product development.Lead packaging creation for commercial expansion.Lead packaging creation for brand enhancements.Maintain regulatory compliance for all DECIEM packaging in all markets.Review and manage website text for existing products (ingredient lists, directions, warnings, and marketing information).Support review and implementation of enhanced website compliance (claims and other regulatory information).Review internal and external marketing language (technical communications, marketing materials, and training tools).Respond to customer inquiries.Manage global extended producer responsibilities including the submission of reports and payment of fees. Support sustainability initiatives.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE1+ years of experience working in a Regulatory Environment with a focus on Packaging ReviewRelevant education in Regulatory Affairs, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacology or another relevant field OR equivalent work experience is an asset.Understanding of cosmetic, NHP, and OTC packaging requirements.Extremely well organized and detail oriented.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, in particular Microsoft Excel.WHAT YOU'LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAMThere's a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
