Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans, promoting social and emotional development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports all learners.
  • Provide support for children with special needs or disabilities, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
  • Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
  • Organize classroom materials and resources effectively to enhance the learning experience.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

  • Proven experience (no less than 1 year) working with Toddlers in an educational setting is essential.
  • A background in early childhood education or related field is required.
  • Familiarity with special education practices is preferred.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with children, parents, and staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Leadership qualities to guide students in their learning journey while fostering teamwork among peers.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
