Canine Handler – Bed Bug Detection Dog Team

We are seeking a responsible, professional Canine Handler to work with our certified bed bug detection dog in residential and commercial environments.
Responsibilities
You will work as a team with a specially trained bed bug detection dog to:
Conduct inspections in homes, apartments, hotels, offices, and other facilities
Safely handle and care for the detection dog on and off duty
Accurately interpret and report the dog's alerts to clients and supervisors
Maintain training routines to keep the dog's skills sharp
Provide outstanding, professional customer service on-site
What We're Looking For
Experience working with dogs (professional or personal; working dog experience a plus)
Comfortable working in varied environments (multi-unit housing, hotels, offices, etc.)
Good physical condition and able to handle walking, stairs, and carrying light equipment
Strong observation, communication, and record-keeping skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving company vehicle is required)
Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
