We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Courier Driver to join our delivery team. The Courier Driver will be responsible for the prompt, safe, and accurate pickup and delivery of packages, documents, and goods to and from residential and commercial clients. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the company's high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick up and deliver packages along designated routes on schedule.
  • Ensure all items are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
  • Obtain signatures or proof of delivery (POD) from recipients.
  • Plan routes efficiently using dispatch instructions, GPS, or routing software.
  • Load and unload parcels, ensuring accuracy and care in handling.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
  • Follow company safety procedures and comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Use mobile apps or scanners to track deliveries in real time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle throughout the day.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous courier, delivery, or driving experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the local area and traffic patterns.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
  • Own a smartphone for delivery app use.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Assets:

  • Experience in last-mile, same-day, or medical courier services.
  • Own or lease a reliable delivery vehicle (cargo van, car, etc.)
  • Basic customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle high volumes and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: Up to $2,700.00 per month
