About the Role

aēlo is looking for energetic, organized, and people-driven Brand Ambassadors and Merchandisers to support our sales growth across retail, events, and community channels. This role blends merchandising, field execution, brand activation, demo coordination, and light sales support. If you are proactive, outgoing, and excited about wellness and premium beverages, this opportunity is a strong fit.

What You'll do Merchandising & Retail Support

  • Conduct regular retail visits to merchandise aēlo products. Stock shelves. Rotate inventory. Build clean and impactful in-store displays.
  • Audit merchandising standards, validate pricing, review promotions, and ensure strong shelf presence.
  • Capture photos, field observations, and store-level feedback.
  • Liaise with store managers and staff to secure improved placements or promotional visibility.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report stock issues promptly.

Brand Representation and Events

  • Represent aēlo at in-store demos, premium events, trade shows, and hospitality activations.
  • Educate customers and staff about aēlo's unique value. Zero alcohol. Zero sugar. Zero calories. Full flavour.
  • Deliver the brand story with confidence and accuracy.
  • Support event setup, logistics, and consumer engagement activities.

Sales Support and Market Insights

  • Identify new retail or hospitality opportunities and pass leads to the sales team.
  • Support onboarding of new accounts by conducting visits, checking compliance, and confirming setup.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer reactions.
  • Provide simple summaries or insights from sales or demo performance.

Social Media and Communication

  • Capture field photos and short videos for content support.
  • Ensure positive, consistent representation of aēlo in every interaction.
  • Light support with community engagement messages as needed.

Who You Are

  • Strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with store managers, staff, and consumers.
  • Organized, punctual, and reliable with excellent follow-through.
  • Outgoing, friendly, and confident initiating conversations.
  • Passionate about wellness, premium beverages, sustainability, and lifestyle culture.
  • Motivated to work independently in the field across multiple locations.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Available for travel within the region, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, sales, hospitality, or CPG retail (preferred)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Personal vehicle in good condition, with active insurance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Salesforce or CRM experience is a bonu
