Who You Are You're a go-to-market powerhouse with a knack for turning innovative products into widespread adoption. Reporting to the Program Manager for our stablecoin launch, you'll lead GTM strategy and partnerships for CAD Digital, driving distribution, revenue, and ecosystem growth. You've thrived in ambiguous settings at fintechs or financial institutions, forging strategic alliances and launching products that scale. You're agile, deeply resourceful, and accountable, someone who can handle a wide-ranging mandate, navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, and deliver results that seem impossible on paper.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute the full GTM strategy for CAD Digital, including positioning, pricing, channel strategy, marketing, and sales enablement.
  • Build and manage a high-impact partnership pipeline with banks, fintechs, payment providers, corporates, and ecosystems to drive integration and usage.
  • Lead our design partner program, collaborating with early adopters to refine use cases, gather feedback, and secure flagship launches.
  • Craft compelling narratives and materials to evangelize CAD Digital to institutional audiences, regulators, and industry events.
  • Drive revenue-focused initiatives, tracking metrics like partner acquisitions, transaction volume, and market share.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with product, compliance, and legal to ensure partnerships align with regulatory requirements.
  • Represent Tetra in industry forums, negotiations, and high-stakes meetings to build trust and momentum.

What We're Looking For Experience
  • 7+ years in GTM, business development, partnerships, or sales roles within fintech, payments, digital assets, or financial services, with a track record of launching and scaling products in regulated environments.
  • Several prior experiences building ecosystems or distribution networks in ambiguous, early-stage initiatives.
  • Proven success closing strategic partnerships with large institutions and driving measurable adoption.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong grasp of the Canadian fintech landscape, stablecoins, on-chain payments, and regulatory considerations.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset for market sizing, competitive analysis, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in GTM tools (e.g., CRM like Salesforce, analytics platforms).
