Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Waterproofing Installers to join our growing team. This role involves preparing structural surfaces, applying waterproofing and damp-proofing systems, and assisting in the installation of specialized products across commercial and residential projects. Experienced candidates will also have opportunities to supervise and mentor apprentices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare concrete and masonry surfaces for waterproofing applications.
  • Apply waterproof membranes.
  • Install vehicular traffic coatings in parkades, balconies, and decks.
  • Install and repair sheet membrane systems and flashings.
  • Safely operate hand and power tools required for waterproofing and roofing tasks.
  • Work with site supervisors to review drawings, organize materials, and maintain equipment.
  • Train and support apprentices and helpers
  • Uphold safety protocols and contribute to a positive site culture.

Qualifications

  • 5 years prior waterproofing experience
  • Experience applying 2-ply Torch-on and/or Hot Rubber
  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, working at heights, and performing labour-intensive tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork.
  • Valid driver's license an asset.
