Project Coordinator – Electrical, Instrumentation

​Shreem Systems & Solutions offers end to end services for low voltage electrical, instrumentation, control & process automation. We offer design, build, supply, install, commissioning and start up services including field construction, project management & maintenance support. We are looking for individuals with several years of controls experience on the M580 Safety system, Rockwell PLCs, Schneider PLC, Valmet DCS and SCADA systems. An individual with industrial plant control experience with projects background who could support our operation throughout North America.

  1. Project Coordination & Administration

  2. Coordinate Electrical, Instrumentation, and Controls (EIC) project activities across engineering, construction, and commissioning phases.

  3. Support Project Managers and Engineers with day-to-day coordination of EIC scope.

  4. Track action items, deliverables, and commitments related to EIC activities.

  5. Engineering & Technical Support

  6. Assist with coordination and review of EIC drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

  7. Support drawing control, revision tracking, and document distribution.
  8. Coordinate redlines, as-built documentation, and submission of final deliverables.

  9. Assist with RFIs, technical queries, and field change documentation.

  10. Field Coordination & Walkdowns

  11. Participate in site walkdowns to verify installation progress and field conditions.

  12. Coordinate between field teams, subcontractors, and engineering for issue resolution.

  13. Support electrical panel wiring, instrumentation installation, and controls-related field activities as required.

  14. Scheduling & Progress Tracking

  15. Support development and maintenance of EIC schedules and look-ahead plans.

  16. Track daily and weekly progress against schedule.
  17. Coordinate manpower planning and assist with labor hour tracking.

  18. Identify schedule risks and communicate constraints to the project team.

  19. Work pack & scope of work with Planning Support

  20. Assist in development of EIC work packs including drawings, material lists, and execution steps.

  21. Coordinate material availability and readiness for EIC activities.

  22. Support definition of step-out activities and construction sequencing.

  23. Quality Control & Compliance Support

  24. Support EIC quality inspections and verification activities.

  25. Coordinate instrumentation QC documentation and checklists.
  26. Ensure work aligns with project specifications, codes, and safety requirements.

  27. Assist with punch list tracking and closeout.

  28. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  29. Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, system integrators, and subcontractors for EIC scope.

  30. Support communication with automation, PLC, DCS, MCC, and panel suppliers.

  31. Assist with coordination of factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) as required.

  32. Safety & Site Support

  33. Support enforcement of EIC safety requirements and safe work practices.

  34. Participate in toolbox talks, job hazard analysis, and site safety meetings.
  35. Promote compliance with electrical and instrumentation safety standards.
