We are currently seeking a Groups & Programs Travel Coordinator on a full-time basis located in St. John's, NL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Providing quotes for group travel requestsBooking accepted quotes and processing payments Coordinating all group travel with all required departments  Liaising with Flight Operations department during irregular operations when required Aiding and supporting to groups/program participants Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders Coordinating special programs that include booking, processing payment and reporting Maintaining proper documentation and records Weekly, Monthly, Yearly reporting Coordinate with Sales to help enhance and grow our Group program
  • This may involve travel to networking Events, sales event, meetings, etc.
  • The candidate will help our reservations department by being in the reservations queue during select periods through year
  • After hours availability is required 
  • Other assigned duties as required 

Qualifications:

Previous experience in flight operations, travel coordination, and/or Travel and Tourism is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive tasks.Attention to detail and accuracy.Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.University Degree or College Diploma with a focus in Business would be considered an asset.
