Shift Supervisor late night – Osmow's Shawarma

At Osmow's Shawarma, we're passionate about serving fresh Mediterranean flavors with outstanding guest service. As a Shift Supervisor, you'll help lead our team to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer, every time.

Shift Supervisors are an important part of our restaurant leadership team. Working closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager, you'll provide direction, support, and training to ensure smooth operations on every shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety and health procedures with all team members.
  • Act as cash manager as needed—set up registers at open, verify cash at close.
  • Perform opening/closing walk-throughs to confirm the restaurant is rush-ready.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and delegate tasks while ensuring company policies and service standards are met.
  • Assist with scheduling to maintain proper coverage and outstanding customer service.
  • Support management in optimizing efficiency and maximizing profitability.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Evening to late night shift (up to 2 am).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first mindset.
  • Previous quick-service or restaurant supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Own vehicle preferred
