K-JAY Electric is hiring motivated, reliable beginners and experienced apprentices who want to start a career in residential electrical. No experience is required — we'll teach you the basics if you bring the right attitude. This is hands-on work in new-build houses. You'll learn how a home is wired from the ground up, starting with simple tasks and progressing as you show consistency.

What You'll Do (Starting Tasks) -

* Load and organize material* *Sweep and clean work areas* *Pull cable and help with rough-ins* *Assist journeymen with basic tasks* *Keep the job site safe and tidy* *Learn to use tools properly* *Move with purpose and stay productive*

What We're Looking For?

You don't need electrical knowledge — but you must have: *Good attitude* *Strong work ethic* *Willingness to learn* *Ability to follow instructions* *Punctuality every day* *Respect for the builder's home* *Basic physical fitness (this is an active job)If you want to show up and stand around, this is not the right fit.
