Job Responsibilities

· The Nursery Grower reports to the Site Manager

· Oversee onsite nursery technician staff in nursery duties while assisting in the tasks

· Maintain onsite plant inventory and updates

· Provide and maintain schedule throughout the season as they are required for orders, which includes: sowing schedule (spring), care schedule (summer), plugging schedule (fall).

· Track seedling order status growing onsite as directed by the Site Manager and provide inventory and production order updates to Site Manager.

· Conduct Daily Hazard Assessments for onsite duties.

· Ensure production quality.

· Entering and submitting their own time and time off requests and other HR related time management and expenses in Sage Intacct and PurelyHR

· Demonstrate and support the health and safety directives set out by the Nupqu HSE Manual among the onsite labour team.

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
