Headhunting Inc is currently recruiting Occupational Therapists to join a passionate and highly specialized interdisciplinary team delivering an innovative and integrated model of community care. What You'll Be Doing
As an OT on this integrated care team, you'll:
Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate cognitive, functional, and psychosocial abilities.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, PTs, SLPs, and social workers to develop personalized care plans tailored to patients' unique goals.
Recommend, source, and adapt assistive technologies to support patient safety and independence.
Provide education to caregivers on personal care, safe transfer techniques, and home safety best practices.
Maintain accurate clinical records, including assessments, care plans, progress reports, and discharge documentation.
Participate in team huddles and case conferences to coordinate and align patient care strategies.
Qualifications You Bring
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
3–5 years of clinical experience in occupational therapy (preferred)
Proficiency in assessment, goal setting, and evidence-based treatment planning
Knowledge of assistive devices, adaptive equipment, and environmental modifications
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of an integrated care team
Reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver's license
