We are seeking a skilled and passionate Samosa Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a particular emphasis on folding samosas that meet our high standards of quality. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare dough and fold samosas by hand (both meat and vegetable fillings)
• Cook samosas to a golden, crispy finish
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the prep area
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards
• Assist with other small snack or prep tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Experience making samosas (hand-folding and frying) — required
• Knowledge of Pakistani/Indian snack preparation
• Reliability and good time management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have valid work authorization in Canada
