We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, salary-based position with a performance-based bonus structure.

Position Overview:

As an Automotive Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. You will guide clients through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive transaction. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for sales and a strong commitment to customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner
  • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
  • Present and demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and pricing
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, financing options, and promotions
  • Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with company guidelines
  • Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth delivery process
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not required)
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving abstract
