Title: Senior IT Project Manager (Derivative System Migration Projects)

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 4 days onsite/week)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Client: Banking/Financial

Must have

  • End-to-end planning and delivery of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met.
  • Must have experience working on large scale Data Migration /System Migration projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and drive timely decision-making.
  • Provide regular status reporting, track progress against milestones, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage 1-2 project work streams reporting into a Program Manager
  • Experience working in a waterfall environment
  • Some experience in a migration project is highly desirable

Nice to have:

  • Experience in system migration in the asset servicing space (preferably Derivatives)
