Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 10 or recognized equivalent required.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Preference given to individuals with experience in patient Portering. Ability to work independently, set priorities, show good judgment and cooperation in daily tasks required. Must be mindful, reliable, and able to work as a team member. Physical suitability for reoccurring lifting, reaching, bending, stooping, standing, pushing, and walking for long periods of time is required. Must be sensitive to patient's need for personal dignity. Must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and other staff. The ability to read, speak, and write English fluently is required. Experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, email, eLearning applications, and Connect Care.
