Overview

We are currently seeking qualified Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) to join our wellness team. This position offers an opportunity to provide exceptional therapeutic massage services in a professional and welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients improve their health and well-being through expert massage techniques. Applicants must possess relevant certifications and be committed to delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities

  • Perform professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual client needs
  • Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment
  • Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with privacy regulations
  • Uphold professional standards and adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage ongoing wellness support

Qualifications

  • Valid registration and licensing as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Excellent communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
  • Previous experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry best practices

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
