Our client, a fast‑paced growth‑oriented organization is seeking a Senior Manager Accounting, experienced as a finance professional to lead both the Financial Reporting and Financial Planning & Analysis for a 12 month contract.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to dive into the details when needed.

The duties of the Senior Manager Accounting is as follows but not limited to:

  • Lead daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles
  • Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, remittances, and reconciliations
  • Prepare quarterly and annual IFRS financial statements
  • Manage the full external audit process
  • Coordinate regulatory and statutory reporting and ensure timely submissions
  • Support annual statutory (tax) financial statements and collaborate with internal/external tax advisors
  • Drive cash management initiatives and forecasting to ensure operational liquidity

Requirements

  • Completion of a Professional Accounting Designation (CPA, CGA / CPA, CMA / CPA, CA)
  • Experience with Hyperion (in particular HFM) and JD Edwards preferred
  • Extensive Accounting Experience
  • Real Estate - preferred but not needed. Must come from large fast paced company.
  • Strong people management experience
