Position: Home Care Nurse (RPN or RN)
Location: Keswick, ON
We are looking for self-driven, compassionate nurses with complex care experience, particularly in community settings.
Preferred Experience:
Supporting quadriplegic patients in the community, including:
Bowel routines and catheter care (in/out)
- Transfers and ambulation (including stretcher/ambulance if needed)
- Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- General monitoring and oversight
Shift:
- Every day from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. or 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.
- An asset if you own vehicle and have a valid driver's licence (not required)
- Negative TB Test completed within the last year
- CNO Registration and nursing Certificate
- COVID Vaccination Receipts subject to an exemption pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
- Valid Criminal Record Check - must be completed within the last year.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
- Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Coordinators when needed.
- Competitive rates of pay ranging from $33.25/hour-$50.75/hour.
