The Assembler role is perfect for those who love to work independently and stay active, while being supported by a strong team in a fast-paced unionized environment.

In this position you will:

- Accurately assemble pallets of product for inventory requests made by Loblaw stores

- Wrap orders and prepare them for shipping

- Use strong attention to detail to comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act, adhere to the HACCP Food Handling practices, and inspect and report any unsafe vehicles or conditions to your Supervisor

About You:

You bring a positive attitude that will help strengthen our strong culture of respect and diversity.

Other Skills Required:

- Able to lift and carry up to 60-80 lbs, repeatedly in a timed environment

- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (+5 to -28 Degrees)

- Capable working around heavy machinery and able to use an electric pallet jack

- Ability to take direction from a voice-automated system
