Financial Manager and Controller

Reporting directly to the owners, duties will include:

Financial

  • Supervision and support for a total staff of five across two locations,
  • Payroll,
  • Supervision of invoicing and accounts receivable and payable,
  • Collections,
  • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for owners and bank,
  • Prepare year-end package for external accountant,
  • Monitor cash flow;

Operational

  • Collecting, organizing and ensuring proper capture of documents;
  • Answering phones to support dispatch when necessary,
  • Monitoring or possibly changing or creating office routines and procedures,
  • Supervision and eventually training of office staff.

Preferred Qualifications (not all of these are required)

  • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role,
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial reporting,
  • Strong communication with customers and staff,
  • Bachelor's degree or a diploma in Accounting or Finance,
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $125,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
