We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own and lead the Network, Hosting, and Storage portfolio across cloud and data center environments. This role is responsible for portfolio-level planning, execution, capacity management, and executive reporting across multiple highly interdependent infrastructure domains.

You will partner closely with Network Engineering, Cloud Platform, DevOps, Finance, and Senior Leadership to deliver complex, multi-year infrastructure initiatives that are foundational to the company's scalability, reliability, and cost optimization goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of program or technical program management experience in: Infrastructure, networking, cloud, or platform environments
  • Proven experience leading multi-team portfolios with complex dependencies
  • Strong background in planning, analytics, and execution management
  • Ability to confidently engage with senior technical leaders and executives
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting/dashboard tools

Responsibilities:

Portfolio & Roadmap Ownership:

  • Own the annual roadmap and integrated quarterly execution plan across:

~Cloud & Data Center Network

~Campus Network

~Hosting, Storage & Backup

~DevOps Network services

  • Balance strategic initiatives, mandatory refreshes, and operational commitments across teams.

Capacity Planning & Execution:

  • Build and maintain demand vs. capacity models across teams and initiatives.
  • Identify execution gaps and drive mitigation through sequencing, resourcing, prioritization, and scope trade-offs.
  • Ensure commitments are realistic, measurable, and aligned with leadership expectations.

End-to-End Program Delivery:

  • Drive delivery across milestones, dependencies, RAID management, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Establish and maintain strong operating rhythm:

~Weekly delivery reviews

~Monthly portfolio and leadership reviews

  • Proactively surface risks and recommend data-driven decisions.

  • Cloud Network Optimization

~Cloud WAN rollouts, network consolidation, and cost optimization initiatives

  • Infrastructure Hosting Strategy

~Hosting migrations, exits, and decommissioning aligned with Finance and leadership commitments

  • Network Observability & Reliability

~Network health, SLA, availability, and executive dashboards

  • Identity-Based Network Access

~Certificate-based and passwordless wireless access; partial IoT rollouts

  • IPv6 Scaling

~Enable global region expansion

  • Campus Network Modernization

~Wi-Fi 7, guest Wi-Fi, and campus technology refresh programs

  • Cloud Edge Rollouts

Executive Communication & Reporting

  • Publish executive-ready dashboards, status updates, and risk summaries.
  • Translate complex technical delivery into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Airtable, or similar tools
  • Background working closely with Network Engineering or Infrastructure teams
