We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in a friendly environment focused on client satisfaction and beauty enhancement. A strong emphasis on sanitation, communication, and retail sales is essential to ensure a safe and profitable operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols for all tools and workstations to ensure client safety.
- Engage clients with excellent customer service, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative services.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the day and after each appointment.
Requirements
- Valid state licensing or certification as a Nail Technician is a plus, but we're willing train someone with at least some experience.
- Proven experience in nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to perform gel nails or acrylics nails extension
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
- Being available to work on weekend is a must.

The pay is not hourly, we pay by commission plus 100% of whatever tips you earn.
