The Information Management Assistant will report directly to the Senior Business Analyst and provide day-to-day IT/IM operations and administrative support to the staff team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate User account creation and deactivation (including Ocean, ONEID, ClinicalConnect, LifeLabs etc)
• Manage technical access processes for onboarding and offboarding
• Perform low-level IT troubleshooting and ticket triage with third party vendor
• Track hardware and software inventory and manage equipment replacement logs
• Maintain accurate records for systems access and compliance audits
• Support QI initiatives and EMR enhancements as directed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

• Combination of post-secondary education and/or experience in relevant disciplines
• Solid computer skills in MS Office
• Experience with EMR systems an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills
• Able to manage time and work independently with a range of administrative tasks
• Decision making within set guidelines
  
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environment
  
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on data
  
• Ability to travel to different sites when required
  
• Willing to undergo a police criminal record and vulnerable sector check
