Position Overview

We are currently hiring a
General Labourer
to join our field crew. This is a hands-on position suited for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Experience in construction or labour is
preferred but not required
. Training is provided, and continued learning is expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with interior and exterior waterproofing projects
  • Excavation, digging, backfilling, and site clean-up
  • Handling and transporting materials and tools
  • Working alongside crew leaders and technicians
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and professional job site

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • Combination of indoor and outdoor work
  • Exposure to all weather conditions
  • Physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, kneeling, and digging
  • Residential and commercial job sites

Requirements

  • Ability to
    read, write, and speak English
  • Valid driver's licence with a
    clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to perform physically demanding labour
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
  • Commitment to safety and teamwork

Experience & Training

  • Construction or labour experience is an asset but
    not required
  • Full on-the-job training provided
  • Ongoing skills development and learning expected
