DoorDash is building the world's most reliable on-demand, logistics engine for delivery We're looking for experienced engineers to join our fast-growing engineering team to help us develop a 24x7, global infrastructure system that powers DoorDash's three-sided marketplace of consumers, merchants, and dashers.

About the Role

We're looking for product-focused iOS Engineers who love building reliable, intuitive, and beautiful experiences on mobile. We aren't just developing an app; we're building a mobile ecosystem from the ground up that integrates the consumers, merchants and drivers. This is a full-stack role where you'll not only build complex apps but will also make impactful decisions on the product.

• Work within our product teams to build exciting features
• Improve our code base through continuous refactoring
• Solve challenging real-time data transfer and synchronization problems
• Extend and implement our APIs
• Implement unit tests
• Keep up-to-date with the industry standards of iOS development

We're excited about you because you have...

• B.S., M.S., or PhD. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2+ years of industry experience
• Expert at Swift, and iOS SDK
• Familiarity with networking, storage, and Cocoapods
• Systems and OOP knowledge
• Experience building, launching, and iterating on mobile apps

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location. 

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within British Columbia.

$120,000 - $150,000 CAD
