Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Millwright Technician role located in Mississauga, ON. The Millwright Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and industrial equipment. Duties include performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical failures, repairing systems, and ensuring proper functioning of machinery. The technician will work closely with team members to ensure safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair
  • Experience in Preventive Maintenance and implementing maintenance schedules
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting mechanical and industrial equipment issues
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to safe work practices
  • Relevant certifications or licenses, such as a Millwright license, are preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a mechanical, fabrication, or industrial setting is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or education is an asset
