Job Overview:

Experience in construction or relative field will be highly considered. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position based in . Speaking English and Punjabi is preferrable.

Duties:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues

  • Calling new potential customers on daily basis for offer and promotions

  • Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and order tracking

  • Enter and maintain customer data accurately in our database

  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

  • Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

  • Quickbook Knoweldge is consider as a strength

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Sales experience is a plus

  • Fluency in Punjabi is a plus
