We are currently looking for a Full-Time Store Manager, Assistant Managers, Managers in Training, and Part-Time Team Leaders and Sales Associates to join our amazing team for our Tsawwassen Mills, Tsawwassen, BC location.

Does this sound like you? :

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a part of a Retail Store Management team
  • Business focused with a proven ability to drive sales
  • Passionate about delivering quality customer service
  • Ensure visual merchandising and marketing directions are implemented as per visual directives, within required timeframes
  • Ensure strategic and successful inventory management, including the prompt completion of markdowns
  • Ensure loss prevention policies and practices are adhered to, in order to achieve shrink target
  • A team player and true leader who can grow and develop people
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
