Position Overview:*

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence to join our BI team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming complex data into actionable insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence, the successful candidate will lead analytics initiatives focused on enhancing sales performance and customer retention.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytical needs and deliver impactful dashboards and reports using Agile methodologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data quality, accuracy, and reporting processes.
  • Design and develop interactive visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Build and deploy predictive models to support strategic business decisions and optimize revenue generation.
  • Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage code and configuration changes in data pipelines.
  • Automate end-to-end reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Document algorithms, parameters, and models to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
  • Recommend and implement strategic enhancements to existing BI systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and automation.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy.
  • Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Strong understanding of predictive modeling techniques and their business applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Certification or advanced degree in Data Analytics or Data Science is an asset.
  • Experience with geospatial analytics, Salesforce, and Databricks is a plus.
  • Prior experience in telecommunications or marketing analytics is an asset.
  • A passion for advanced analytics and continuous learning.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data integrity and quality.
