What You'll Do
Assess residents' nutritional needs and develop customized care plans
Provide one-on-one nutrition education and counselling to residents and families
Offer expert guidance and support to healthcare professionals, staff, and stakeholders
Monitor progress, document care, and track service indicators to ensure quality outcomes
Prepare reports and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records
What You Bring
A Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or Food Sciences from an accredited Canadian university
Completion of a recognized dietetic internship
Eligibility for or active registration with the College of Dietitians of British Columbia
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in geriatric or long-term care settings
Strong attention to detail, documentation, and clinical reporting
Excellent time management, planning, and communication skills

FTE: Brandt's Creek Mews 0.6 FTE -Monashee Mews 0.4 FTE
Employment Type: Temporary Full Time
