Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends and a passion for storytelling through various social media channels.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
  • Utilize tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
  • Conduct keyword research to optimize content for SEO and improve visibility in search engines.
  • Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Skills

  • Proficiency in E-commerce strategies and digital marketing principles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research techniques.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling posts and tracking analytics.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions.
