Our services include glazing films, architectural finishes, custom signage & wayfinding, installation and printing.
The Role
We're hiring an Estimator for our Architectural Films & Finishes team. If you bring great customer service, hands-on knowledge of materials and installs, and you're eager to grow estimating and project coordination skills, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
· Read and interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and specifications.
· Assist in preparing detailed cost estimates for glazing films, architectural finishes, and signage projects.
· Perform quantity takeoffs and organize measurements in Excel or takeoff software.
· Gather inputs for shop drawings and coordinate clarifications with Production.
· Communicate with clients, vendors, and contractors to confirm materials, scope, pricing, and timelines.
· Coordinate and schedule installations.
· Support bid close-out: track results, organize completion photos, and capture lessons learned to improve future proposals.
What We're Looking For
· Experience or strong interest in large format printing, installation, and/or construction environments.
· Ability to read technical drawings and specs.
· Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
· Proficient with Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, or Adobe is an asset.
· Clear, professional communication; proactive problem-solver with solid math/analytical skills.
· Team-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently when needed.
· (Nice to have) Basic graphic design aptitude—we're willing to train the right applicant who wants to learn.
Training & Growth
We will train candidates who may not yet have estimating experience but bring a solid foundation in product knowledge, installation experience, or material handling. If you've worked with films, signage, or wall coverings and want to move into a more technical, client-facing role, this is an excellent path to build your career.
