As our team continues to evolve with the changing landscape of financial services, we're seeking a dynamic individual to join us in a hybrid role that blends client experience, administrative support, and financial technology. What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for clients—warm, professional, and organized.
  • Support advisors with administrative tasks and client service.
  • Assist in managing digital workflows, CRM systems, and data processes.
  • Help maintain and improve internal systems using tools like Microsoft 365, AI-enhanced platforms, and financial software.
  • Contribute to a team that values precision, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

  • Interest in financial services, data, and technology (experience in investments, insurance, or group benefits is an asset).
  • 2+ years of professional experience in administration, reception, or client service.
  • Strong computer literacy and comfort with digital tools and databases.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A mindset of curiosity, adaptability, and professionalism.
