Wat doet Alliance Automotive?

Alliance Automotive Group is de partner voor alles wat met auto's en onderdelen te maken heeft. Wij zorgen ervoor dat garages en bedrijven in de Benelux snel en makkelijk de juiste onderdelen en services krijgen om hun werk goed te doen. Zo houden we de automotive sector draaiende en krijg jij als stagiair een kijkje achter de schermen in een belangrijk bedrijf dat volop in beweging is.

Wat de stage inhoudt

Als recruitment stagiair werk je echt mee in het team en leer je alle ins en outs van het wervingsproces. Je start je dag met een kop koffie en een korte dagstart met het recruitmentteam. Daarna duik je in de kandidatenprofielen, je beoordeelt cv's en bereid je de intakes voor. Halverwege de ochtend beantwoord je mails van geïnteresseerde kandidaten en help je lijnmanagers met hun vragen. Tussendoor plan je sollicitatiegesprekken in en denk je mee over hoe je het wervingsproces nog beter kunt maken. Zo leer je elke dag iets nieuws en ben je écht onderdeel van het team.

Je gaat tijdens de recruitmentstage:

  • Intakes en sollicitatiegesprekken voeren met kandidaten;

  • Vacatures plaatsen en beheren op verschillende kanalen;

  • Lijnmanagers ondersteunen bij vragen over het recruitmentproces;

  • Contact onderhouden met kandidaten en collega's;

  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in het recruitmentproces.

Wat wij vragen

Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste stagiair(e) die momenteel een hbo-opleiding volgt, bij voorkeur in de richting van HRM of communicatie. Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage of afstudeerstage waarbij je minimaal vier dagen per week mee kunt werken. Verder vind je het leuk om met mensen te werken en hen te helpen. Daarnaast beheers je de Nederlandse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk goed. Omdat je vaak op locatie aanwezig zult zijn, is het belangrijk dat je woonachtig bent in de omgeving van Ede.
