Farm Operations Manager

Triple T Ventures is a progressive, family-run livestock operation focused on animal health, efficiency, and innovation. We're expanding our hog production and are looking for a skilled and motivated Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, lead a small team, and ensure the highest standards of animal care and facility performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily care and management of all pigs, from breeding through finishing
- Monitor herd health and implement biosecurity and welfare protocols
- Supervise and train barn staff, ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive work environment
- Manage feed, ventilation, and environmental control systems
- Maintain accurate production and health records
- Plan and coordinate schedules for cleaning, maintenance, and shipping
- Communicate with veterinarians, nutritionists, and company leadership
- Monitor budgets, production targets, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in hog production or livestock management
- Strong understanding of animal husbandry and biosecurity practices
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and troubleshoot operational issues
- Physically capable of hands-on farm work
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Valid driver's license required
