Island sauna is gearing up to open Campbell Rivers newest floating sauna in the marina. We are seeking a manager to oversee operations. The hours are negotiable. There will be split shifts.

Responsibilities are as follows:

Stalking and maintaining the fire at a precise temperature for clients

Stalking and replenishing the wood supply on a daily basis.

Checking customers in and general customer service.

Making of the shift schedule, and maintaining workers for operations.

Cleaning and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness throughout operations.

Marketing work between sessions.

Applicants should be Keen in customer service and bring some type of marketing experience to the position. We are just starting out so applicants who have good ideas and motivation to bring new customers into the establishment is an asset.
