Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Semi-Driver on a permanent basis on our Supply Chain, Transportation team.

This position requires on-site work and is based in Winnipeg, MB.Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday, 1:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

What you'll do:

  • Operate a semi-truck unit which may include rural and city deliveries, city pickups, ad spotting of trailers
  • Prepare trailers for deliveries including cleaning interiors, operating the fuel truck, and fueling reefers
  • Perform minor mechanical work on trucks, semi-trailers, and reefers when required
  • Perform trailer inspections and report on condition of equipment
  • Other duties as required.

The Team: You will work closely with the Transportation team and will report to the Senior Supervisor, Transportation Operations. This team strives to cultivate a culture focused on efficiency, safety, productivity, and customer service.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • Have a grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Have minimum 6 months of Class 1A semi-truck driving experience.

  • Can pass an in-cab evaluation by a qualified Transportation Supervisor.
