Responsibilities:

- Assist the Pastry Chef with the day-to-day needs of the restaurant

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Package and label food items for storage or takeout orders
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant, or in a similar role in the food industry

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
