Roberts Energy Services is currently seeking a TH-60 Pre-Drill Operator to join our team based out of Red Deer, Alberta. This role is vital to supporting our pre-drill operations and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operation of TH-60 Drill Rig to complete pre-drilling services
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment in line with our preventative maintenance program
  • Adhere strictly to company safety policies and procedures
  • Support general site duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid and clean Class 3 driver's licence
  • Experience in rigging and operating equipment such as skid steers
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Willingness to comply with company Drug and Alcohol testing policies

Certifications (considered an asset but not required):

  • H2S Alive
  • Ground Disturbance Level II
  • First Aid Certification

Additional Information:

  • Shift work may be required depending on project needs
  • Out-of-town travel is required
  • Extended health care benefits available after successful completion of the probationary period
