Role Description
The Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role located in Totonto Premium outlet mall, Halton Hills, ON. The Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with product selection, ensuring the store meets sales targets, and maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. Other key tasks include building strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Proven sales and customer service experience, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining a well-presented retail environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to diverse customer needs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is beneficial.
Earnings
We pay $20.00 an hour, plus commission, and additional performance bonuses.
The average on-target wage of our Sales Representatives is $36/hour.
