  • Manage technical processes, including design reviews, interface coordination, risk management, change control, and deviation tracking.
  • Represent the engineering function across other project domains, including commercial, project management, procurement, regulatory compliance, due diligence, and construction/commissioning.
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting on engineering progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work with the Technology team to resolve deviations from the basis of design and ensure design reviews are properly documented.

You bring a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong communication skills, and a commitment to fairness and inclusion. You're comfortable navigating competing priorities and can distill complex information into clear, actionable insights. You value teamwork, continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact in the renewable energy space.

What You Bring

  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, fieldwork, and QA/QC.
  • Experience with safety and sustainability design principles.
  • Familiarity with equipment used in power generation, chemical processing, or oil and gas facilities.
  • Proven ability to manage engineering inputs across procurement and construction phases.
  • Strong communication skills across diverse audiences, including leadership, clients, vendors, and contractors.

  • Ability to establish frameworks for quality, schedule, and performance commitments.
  • Experience resolving design deviations and documenting design reviews.
  • Understanding of Fit-for-Purpose delivery and value-based project execution.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to project development.
  • Experience with EPC/EPCM project delivery, including front-end engineering, cost estimation, gated reviews, and detailed design.
  • Skilled in project setup, scheduling, effort-hour estimation, forecasting, and reporting.
