Who We're Looking For

Ideal team members are:

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work at a steady pace
  • Respectful of client spaces and privacy
  • Comfortable with physical cleaning work (reaching, kneeling, step stools, light equipment)
  • Team players with their own transportation
  • Open to occasional schedule changes depending on contract flow
  • Available for part-time work (2–4 hour shifts)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Residential and commercial cleaning
  • Working in 2–3 person teams or solo depending on site
  • Following checklists and timelines
  • Keeping communication clear with team leads
  • Respecting client space and confidentiality

Schedule Details

Shifts vary depending on current contracts.

We regularly fill in for:

  • Morning shifts starting at 9:30 AM
  • Some weekend or holiday availability (depending on the sites assigned)
  • Shifts and hours may vary — but reliability leads to more work opportunities

Requirements

  • Own transportation
  • References are important
  • Previous cleaning experience is a plus
  • Comfortable working with basic cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Police Record check (required), a full level 4 police check is a strong asset (required for some job sites)
  • Ability to commit to scheduled shifts and communicate in advance if unavailable
  • Friendly and professional tone with clients and team

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
