Reporting to the Senior Manager, Data Governance the Production Order Analyst will complete law enforcement requests and associated production orders according to internal processes and procedures. They will collaborate on cases of criminal activity involving multiple institutions or that need direct involvement with police demonstrating strong customer focus and a high level of attention to detail.
You'll be responsible for:
- Responding to law enforcement inquiries regarding investigations, confirming records possession and answering questions about Interac products, as applicable.
- Supporting the management of the Fraud Prevention inbox – responding to inquiries from law enforcement, court officers, government agencies, lawyers/attorneys, Helpdesk and others.
- Managing production orders/requests for information/subpoenas/demand letters/materials related to litigations.
- Confirmation of receipt, reviewing contents of request, filing, logging, scheduling and assigning for fulfillment approximately 100 production orders monthly.
- Finalizing the response package for return, ensuring data is provided in a secure manner and providing the data to law enforcement officers/agencies.
- Handling all follow-up communication with agencies.
- Providing technical support to officers accessing their results packages.
- Fulfilling a significant number of production orders weekly, in addition to any urgent or emergency orders or data related to litigation as requested by Legal.
- Supporting the coordination of affirmation meetings and document signings, signing of affidavits, in accordance with prescribed timelines, ensuring all required parties are present.
Who are you?
- A university degree or equivalent in business, legal, social science fields.
- 2+ years' experience in business or fraud operations.
- Paralegal certification would be considered an asset.
- Must be eligible to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive material.
- Experience in working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders including law enforcement agencies.
- An understanding of the production order process and the ability to maintain and improve the process steps.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail with high standards and excellent organizational and information management skills.
- Sound critical thinking skills with strong self-discipline, can effectively and efficiently multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- The confidence and presence to work independently and are a team player.
- An advanced competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe.
- A commitment to excellence in providing quality, effective and value-added service to Members, Participants and other stakeholders with a focus on customer service.
