Your New Role

As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will join a high-performance team environment designed to help motivated agents build predictable, scalable businesses. You will manage the full sales cycle—consultations, pricing strategy, showings, negotiations, and closing—while working with buyers, sellers, and investors across the GTA.

You will be supported by a consistent stream of inbound and reactivated leads, proven scripts, advanced technology, and weekly coaching. This role is ideal for a driven, full-time agent who wants structure, accountability, and meaningful tools to accelerate production.

  • Experienced in residential real estate or sales (an asset, but not required)
