We're growing and looking for motivated, personable people to help introduce BC Brushworks to homeowners in targeted neighborhoods.

Role Overview

As a Neighborhood Canvasser, your job is simple:

start friendly conversations with homeowners and generate qualified painting leads.

You are not closing sales or collecting payments. Your focus is awareness, trust, and booking free estimates with interested homeowners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, being outdoors, and earning bonuses based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door (no pressure sales)
• Introduce homeowners to BC Brushworks and our services
• Identify homeowner interest and qualify basic needs (exterior, interior, cabinets, timelines)
• Book free estimates or collect accurate contact information
• Distribute door hangers and marketing materials
• Track conversations and leads accurately using simple forms or CRM
• Represent BC Brushworks professionally, honestly, and respectfully at all times

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, confident, and professional communicator
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Able to handle rejection with a positive attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Previous canvassing, sales, or customer service experience is an asset (but not required)
